Police say SWAPO acted within state of emergency regulations related to mass gatherings when the party hosted its 60th anniversary on Sunday. NAMPOL Inspector-General Lieutenant-General, Sebastian Ndeitunga explained that there were no more than 10 people gathered at the event, thus, it was wrong for citizens to conclude special treatment was granted to the ruling party.
