Swapo party has launched a Research and Advisory Committee under the auspices of the Party’s Chief Whip. The Committee consisting of 24 young professionals from different expertise will be responsible for giving technical support to the office of the Swapo party Chief Whip and the party’s MP’s in the National assembly.
