SWAPO will convene in Windhoek on Friday for its etraordinary congress at Ramatex. Top on the agenda for discussion is the amendment to the party’s constitution. President Hage Geingob is expected to open the meeting which will end on Saturday. The extraordinary congress will be attended by delegates to last year’s congress which elected the party’s new leaders for the next five years.
