Three people died instantly in the early hours of Saturday morning when a truck and an Iveco passenger bus collided outside Otavi in the Otjozondjupa Region. Spokesperson of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol) in the Otjozondjupa Region, Inspector Maureen Mbeha on Sunday confirmed that the deceased have been identified as Hofeni Uhanda, 36, (driver), Leena Tuwilika Kasino, 32, and the five-year-old Sylvia Mekulilo Stefanus.
