The Topnaar community calls on government to recognise them as a marginalised group. The community charges that their condition is no different from that of the San, Ovatue and Ovatjimba. The chief of the Topnaar Traditional Authority made the call to the Marginalised Communities deputy minister during his visit at Utuseb.
