The Business Intelectual Property Authority (BIPA) came under heavy criticism and warning from its line Ministry. In his official welcoming address, Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development Minister Tjekero Tweya said BIPA needs to do more to create an enabling environment for people to start businesses in Namibia.
