Two Namibians appeared in the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court on fraud charges. Benan Victor (35) and Andries van Wyk (37) was arrested over the weekend for allegedly defrauded a Zambian Businessman Musona Sililo of close to N$2 million. The money was deposited into their company’s account to purchase chickens and then to transport them to Zambia as per their agreement.
