Agriculture remains one of the biggest employers in Namibia, employing 30% and regarded as the backbone of the economy. This was said by UNAM’s Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and Research Benisius Thomas at Ogongo campus in the Omusati Region in an interview with NBC News.
