Professionals retiring in Namibia should not be seen as a burden to the country but an economic benefit. This was the discussion between President Hage Geingob and Head of UNESCO office in Namibia Dr Jean Pierre IIboudo. IIboudo paid a farewell courtesy call on President Geingob.
