Major trade unions have condemned what they described as “unfriendly behaviour” by some employers whom they accuse of taking unilateral decisions against their employees outside the agreement adopted by various stakeholders. The National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW) and the Trade Union Congress of Namibian (TUCNA) workers say members of the Namibian Employers Federation (NEF) are not acting in good faith.
