Namibia has applauded the United Nations (UN) for its funding and assistance in implementing its National Development Plans, NDPs as the world body celebrates its 71st anniversary. This was said by the Deputy Minister of the National Planning Commission, Lucia Ipumbu at the UN’s 71st anniversary celebration.
