Vandalism to sewerage and water infrastructure is rife in the Erongo Region, resulting in funds budgeted for other important projects being diverted to repair the damage to this vital infrastructure. The Erongo Regional Council says it cannot develop some villages in the Daures Constituency, because of a shortage of funds.
