Independent candidate, Kenneth Iilonga, who is contesting the Walvis Bay Urban by-election, promised to relocate all those living in backyard shacks to Greenvalley, commonly known as Farm 37. Iilonga addressed his final rally in Walvis Bay, ahead of the Wednesday by-election in the constituency. The slogan for Iilonga’s campaign is, ‘Break the Chain of Poverty, Once in Your Lifetime’.
