Walvis Bay residents spent the Friday, making final travel arrangements before the lockdown. Since the Walvis Bay Municipality shut down the taxi rank to stop large gatherings, drivers have resorted to an open space near Ekutilatika open market. The buses are taking residents to the north and they are the last public transport buses offering this service until 21 April.
