Most areas in Rundu, in Kavango East, have been without water since the weekend. Residents are currently fetching water at the river, a move some say is dangerous but they don’t have a choice. The Chief Executive Officer of the Rundu Town Council, Romanus Haironga told NBC News he is busy and will not comment on the crisis.
