The Ibero-Latin American Embassies will host a week-long film screenings in honour of late Ambassador of Venezuela to Namibia, Juan Carlos Barrios, who died last year. The week will feature a wide range of Ibero-Latin American films, to celebrate the heroic deeds of Barrios, who served as Ambassador for six years before his untimely death.
