The much anticipated Windhoek Draught Live Music festival featuring popular RnB singer, R Kelly, which was slated for this Friday, will not take place as planned. Event organiser Namconcerts says it was notified by the R. Kelly management that they are experiencing internal challenges, and are currently in negotiations with R. Kelly management on a possible future date. While apologising to the public, artists and sponsors, Namconcerts expressed its disappointment and assures ticket-holders, that in the event of total cancellation of the show, all ticket-holders will be fully refunded. Currently, all ticket sales have been put on hold until further notice.
