A Windhoek-based property developer is accusing the Namibian Postal Service (NamPost) of defrauding him of over N$2 million. Abed Titus says the money disappeared from his Nampost savings investment account about 15 years ago. Titus says he opened a fixed term Investment Account with NAMPOST in August 2003. He is adamant that he made deposits amounting to over N$3 million as he showed NBC News the deposit receipts.
