The Gender Equality and Child Welfare Minister has advised young people to refrain from resorting to baby dumping. Speaking during the commemoration of World Day against Trafficking in Person at Okalongo in the Omusati Region, Doreen Sioka says the best way to avoid unwanted pregnancies, which result in attempted abortions and baby dumping, is to avoid indulging in unprotected sex with irresponsible people.
