The youth are urged to take up vocational training as it contributes towards economic development and wealth creation in Namibia. Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation Dr Becky Ndoze-Ojo was speaking at the graduation of more than 300 trainees at the Rundu Vocational Centre.
