The City of Windhoek held a meet and greet for all artists performing at the Windhoek Jazz Festival at the Hilton Hotel Friday evening. Yvonne Chaka Chaka, one of the headlining acts for the annual jazz concert, says she is excited to perform all her favourite hits. Dubbed the ‘Princess of Africa’, Chaka Chaka was welcomed by the Windhoek Mayor Muesse Kazapua earlier in the day. South African-born Chaka Chaka is a a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF. She is looking forward to sharing the stage with Namibian acts. Chaka Chaka has done a song with a Namibian artist Dolla.
